Valencia is the third most populated city in Spain, right after Madrid and Barcelona! The real-estate market in the city is starting to follow the paths of Madrid and Barcelona, with a 6,74% growth on property transactions during the first quarter of this year. The sales prices in the city are also going up, increasing with 2,74% in the first quarter of 2017.
Avenida del Puerto is less than 1 km from the city center, located within the Ayora district, a short walk from the city of the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia, the architectural complex designed by the archistar Calatrava that became a symbol of the city among the most photographed attractions of Spain.
